Elephant & Castle Winnipeg: Your Go-To Spot for Great Food and Atmosphere

Myself and my best friend came to The Elephant and Castle. The food was delicious. We had the blue cheese burger, Caesar salad, Ale and onion soup and roasted tomato feta app. All were well prepared and fantastic. We received excellent service and a warm welcome from Cassandra and Elishah. I would recommend!! Special thanks to Cassandra.

During a family vacation, we rarely eat at the same place twice. We had such a great time here when we first arrived in Winnipeg, however, that we decided to come back on our last night. The food was very good, the servers efficient and friendly, and the atmosphere family friendly. Kudos all around!

These chicken tenders are what dreams are made of! with that dill dip?! omg, heavennnn.... ive tried every viral chicken tendy spot across Canada and the States thanks to my job, and these ones right here, in lil ol'winnipeg have been the best ive ever had. If I could present you with a crown, I would this is golden buzzer worthy. Im glad I ordered 2 dill dips I used every last drop it was so good. Amazing portion. The price is right. 11/10

Wanted to avoid going to chains during my visit to Winnipeg and they have one of these back home in Toronto, but I was looking for a quick bite where I could watch the Leafs game and this pub was attached to the hotel, making it super convenient. Staff here were really friendly. I originally came in intending to sit at the bar since I was by myself, but the bar was full. A super nice lady came by and said she had the perfect spot for me, and gave me a full table with a great view of a TV, even though I was by myself and the place was busy! My waitress Brandy was also very nice and quick, but didn't pressure me to hurry up to make space for more people. Food was solid - got the ale and onion soup and the deluxe burger. Solid portions and the fries were really well prepared. TVs everywhere makes it the perfect pub for sports. Saw that it was a really popular spot for Jets fans after the game when I returned to the hotel (I imagine it was probably very busy for the game as well).

Had dinner after a long day and it was close to 11:30pm, the music was loud but bearable. Samantha was our server, she was very sweet and attentive. The chicken burger was juicy and delicious.

I've eaten here a couple of times and the food is always good. This time I ordered the deep fried pickles and they were great. Crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside

The most wonderful staff, amazing food at great prices, awesome drink selection! It was exactly what I was looking for, and the brussel sprout app was incredible!!!
